Achievement at South is most recently reflected in the sixth recognition in 2008 as a California Distinguished School. South also celebrates the National Blue Ribbon School award. Staff and parents take pride in a school working as a team to provide a nurturing and safe learning environment. Everyone wins when everyone is in is the recurring student selected character theme for our school. Students recognize the value of working together to grow both academically and socially for a strong learning environment.
