Flying Colors ELC is here for you children and parents alike. Our mission is to serve the community by providing a quality and developmentally appropriate child care program. It is our aim to create lasting relationships with families centered on their childs individual needs and growth. Ultimately our endeavor is to provide your child with the opportunity to discover the world through learning and gaining good character skills so that they may succeed in life with flying colors.
