1. We believe that each child is a unique individual.
2. Children need to learn what is expected from them by providing a classroom with organization rules and structure.
3. Giving children responsibilities and setting boundaries throughout each day allows them to explore and develop self-discipline.
4. Providing children with developmentally age appropriate materials will encourage them to build self-esteem.
5. Showing children respect trust and affection on a daily basis teaches them to be sensitive towards others in the classroom as well as at home.
6. Self-satisfaction can be established by providing new materials and objectives that are age appropriate allowing each child to grow individually.
7. Asking open-ended questions and providing options for children allows them to express themselves as well as to develop intellectual and social skills.
8. Providing children with love and guidance allows them to build trusting relations with others.
