Marconi Montessori School

Students in a Montessori classroom do their learning in small groups at tables or with mats on the floor within a structured environment. Having individual learning areas teaches children to respect others personal space as well as the responsibility of cleaning as you go. The children are given large gaps of time to work at their own pace with materials (jobs) that they choose from any of the five areas that Montessori covers (language math science practical life and sensorial) as well as art and craft activities.
