Canalino Preschool

Canalino School is located on a spacious campus in the Carpinteria Valley. There are 530 Kindergarten through fifth grade students. The students are taught by twenty highly qualified teachers, five Special Education teachers, a fully credentialed Computer Lab teacher, Intervention teacher, and an instrumental music teacher. Eleven highly-qualified Instructional Assistants work closely with each of the teachers to increase student learning through small group instruction. Enrichment is offered after school by teachers and community members.

The Canalino staff works closely together to provide the highest quality, differentiated core curriculum to all students. The collaborative staff strives to direct instruction for each level of learners to be able to feel motivated and secure in all their academic areas.
