L’il Folks Learning Center is a privately owned center, licensed by the state of Virginia. We follow the required minimum standards provided to all licensed Centers in the Commonwealth of Virginia. L’il Folks is owned by Bryan and Melissa S. Babb.
Melissa S. Babb holds a degree in Early Childhood Education, and has 12 years experience working within the public and private school sectors. Currently she is working at Isle of Wight Academy teaching Fourth Grade.
