Carolina Kids Academy

Founded in 2002, by Nicole Magers, Carolina Kids Academy is an independently owned and operated Five Star childcare center providing outstanding care for infants through school age children. Nicole is not simply a businessperson she is passionate about childcare and has worked in the industry for over 20 years, both as a teacher and director. Her mission is to partner with families to raise children to be happy, healthy, contributing members of the community.

When she started Carolina Kids Academy, Nicole wanted to take a slightly different approach than traditional daycare centers. Her goal was to focus on providing value to families and giving back to the local community. She started with the location

Carolina Kids Academy is located in the Carpenter Village neighborhood, which is situated along the border of the Cary and Morrisville communities of North Carolina. This unique setting in a residential neighborhood provides a safe, quiet, and peaceful location that contrasts with many other daycare centers that are located in more industrial settings. The location also allows the school to be easily integrated with the surrounding community.

In addition to being the owner of Carolina Kids Academy, Nicole is also the director and is available onsite to address the needs of both families and staff. Nicole appreciates the flexibility that comes with being an independent pre-school, enabling her to meet the needs of the families the school serves.
