Cedar Park Montessori School is the oldest Montessori School in Cedar Park. Founded in 1997 it is the first Montessori in the surrounding cities designed and built under the layout concepts specific to the Montessori Method of Education.
Cedar Park Montessori School is also proud member of the largest and oldest family of Montessori Schools in the North Austin Cedar Park-Leander and Pflugerville-Round Rock areas. Its sister campuses include the well-known Sapientia Montessori and Pflugerville Montessori schools. Among many other accolades the Cedar Park Montessori School has been recently featured in the American Academic Education Today documentary used to educate current and aspiring teachers in colleges and universities around the nation.
Our family of Montessori schools has served the Greater North Austin area for over two decades with centuries of combined teaching and management experience in Montessori and overall academic education. Our teachers and staff are chosen with utmost regard for specific personal and professional qualities knowledge and skills that enable children to experience warm and nurturing relationships with adults while facing the world around them with happiness and confidence.
Full Montessori Accreditation is a requirement for all of our schools which provide the highest standards and quality of Montessori education. As such the schools in our extended Montessori family must be accredited by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) and become members of the North American Montessori Teacher Association (NAMTA). It is worth noting that AMI is the most prestigious Montessori standard worldwide representing the very original (and only) Montessori philosophy personally endorsed by Dr. Maria Montessori.
Our Campus
The Cedar Park Montessori School is open year round (except for listed holidays) from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. The school is located at 400 E. Whitestone Blvd. (FM 1431) next to the Cedar Park post office. Our Cedar Park sister campus (Sapientia Montessori School) is located 3 minutes down the road on FM 1431 at 1220 Cottonwood Creek Trail Cedar Park TX 78613. Our Pflugerville sister campus (Pflugerville Montessori School) is located just North of Austin at 2500 W. Pecan Street (FM 1825) Pflugerville TX 78660.

The aim of Cedar Park Montessori is to help develop young pure children into individuals of outstanding academic and professional caliber yet with an equally outstanding character who are sensitive and responsive to the needs of the environment around them. We want our children to become human jewels. This objective is achieved through the use of major world-renowned educational academic and character-development philosophies.
