Bridgeport Child Development

The One Hope United Child Development Program supports both working and at-risk families by providing accessible, affordable, high-quality child care and early education to encourage the social, emotional, intellectual and physical development of children. Our ten state-licensed facilities are staffed by dedicated early childhood professionals who strive to prepare children for lifelong learning.
In 2009, One Hope United acquired four child development centers previously operated by Lutheran General Hospital, and developed community partnerships and began seeking funding for the development of the Aurora Early Learning Center, which will incorporate health and environmental sustainability into its approach to working with children, their parents and the community.
