Pathway Christian Academy

Pathway Academy is a private, coeducational, non-denominational Christian school for students in Two-Year-Old Preschool through Twelfth Grade and is located in Gateway Plaza in Christiansburg, Virginia.

Pathway Academy’s mission is to partner with the home and church to build a solid foundation in the life of each student educating and inspiring students to fulfill their God-given purposes with confidence and passion.
Founding

Pathway Academy was founded in 2005 by the merger of two schools: Blacksburg Christian School and Community Christian Academy each with over 25 years of experience in quality Christian education. Pathway is the result of conviction, not convenience, led by parents with a united vision of quality education within a Christian environment.

Organization
Pathway Academy is guided by a Board of Directors which appoints the school’s Principal. The organizational structure of Pathway Academy is set up for the purpose of establishing proper authority and chain of command. Each person involved in the ministry is accountable to those directly above him or her in the structure of the organization. Every person, however, is ultimately responsible to God to perform his or her duties with excellence. (The complete Organizational Chart is outlined in the Board section of the faculty handbook.)
