The Learning Ladder Child Development Center staff believes children and parents are to be respected and treated with courtesy, dignity, patience and compassion. While in our care each child is nurtured physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually. Our experienced teachers and caregivers regard early childhood experiences with the respect and commitment they deserve. The staff works to share this attitude with parents.

Throughout the whole learning process, we believe parents are children’s first teachers. Therefore, we work to support parents in their efforts to guide children’s development.
