Our Lady Queen of Peace School

Our Lady Queen of Peace operates under the auspices of the Galveston-Houston Archdiocesan Catholic School Office is owned by the people and incorporated by a Lay Board of Trustees. The Texas Education Agency (TEA) recognizes the Catholic Conference Accreditation Commission as the official accreditation agency for Catholic schools in the state of Texas. This insures that students are able to transfer between public and Catholic schools. Our Lady Queen of Peace is listed in The Texas School Directory. The directory is published annually by the TEA listing all the accredited schools in the state of Texas.

A diversified program of pre-school elementary and junior high classes with optional child care services are offered. The child care department is licensed by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. A summer camp is available for children ages three through twelve.
