Preschool in Conroe, TX 77384
Our mission is to provide a superior education in a warm, caring atmosphere that will equip students to serve and lead in Christ.
On March 2, 1996, eight families came together with a common desire to build a new school serving Montgomery County that would be unlike any that came before it. They wanted to create a premier learning environment that would promote high academic achievement while also teaching nondenominational Christian principles and focusing on Christian character training.
That fall Christ Community School (CCS) opened its doors to provide quality Christian education to children in the South Montgomery County area including The Woodlands, Shenandoah, Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, Spring, and Oak Ridge North.
CCS has grown each year as more and more families discover the solid education and enriching environment provided here for students in Mother’s Day Out and Pre-K 3-year-old through 6th grades. The 2007-2008 school year debuted many enhancements that students and parents alike were excited to see on the first day of school; two new playgrounds with age-appropriate structures climbing and balance elements give students of all ages an opportunity to truly enjoy their recess time; a full-sized basketball court along with a half-size basketball court for the younger ones; two four-square courts; a tricycle and scooter area; and an outdoor cafe area with picnic tables and ample shade. A new large parking lot and restructured car line make morning drop offs and afternoon pickups easier on parents and teachers alike.
Though CCS has evolved and improved over the last decade growing to serve 150 students, the spirit of our founding families remains an integral part of the unique learning experience at CCS loved for its warm and welcoming environment and a level of caring and attention to each student that is second to none.
