Welcome! As a wife and mother of four children I understand the importance of high-quality care and early childhood education. Over the past eight years I have devoted myself to learning how to provide excellent care and give children the head start they need to be successful during school age years. As preschool teachers, we have the opportunity to help shape and mold these children in their early years giving them skills that will last a lifetime.

I have earned an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor-s degree in Children and Society. I am currently working towards a Master-s degree in Exceptional Student Education. I encourage personal development and training not only for personal gains, but to provide children with the highest quality of care.

My philosophies of high-quality care derive from L.E.S.R. (Love, Education, Standards, and Redirection):

L. I believe that each child deserves to be treated with love and respect so they can show other children the same virtues. E. I am passionate about educating children. I believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere that will allow them to grow and mature -intellectually, physically, and socially.

S. I believe in promoting excellence and high-quality standards to provide a safe and friendly working environment for children, families, and the staff of Childcare Network.
R. I believe there are no bad children only misguided actions that may require children to be put on the right path through redirection and connections. I really look forward to getting to know each and every one of you and building long-lasting relationships.

As Director, I know I will provide each child, family, and employee mentorship, guidance, and a comfortable work environment that they can enjoy. Please stop by our school at any time to schedule a tour!

At the heart of any successful program is a curriculum foundation that not only effectively meets a full range of outcomes and objectives, but also supports teachers in a way that allows them to confidently provide new and exciting learning opportunities every day Childcare Network uses the HighReach Learning Curriculum. HighReach supports and inspires educators from a variety of educational backgrounds by providing meaningful learning experiences and support materials that promote active, playful, and authentic learning opportunities.

HighReach Learning’s ultimate goal is for children to become competent, eager learners. Our high-quality curriculum for children ages birth to five years of age provides many opportunities for active exploration, creating powerful and positive interactions for learning.

The HighReach Learning Curriculum Approach is based upon the following principles:

A child’s development is continuous, individual, and begins at birth. The stages of development are unique to each child. Creating multiple connections supports current brain research for how infants and young children learn. Interactions and relationships are at the heart of learning. Families are truly a child’s first teachers and are an integral part of the learning community. Learning experiences are purposeful, interactive, meaningful, relevant, active, and playful. Curriculum is project-focused and is based in play investigation. Play is the avenue for child investigations. The ultimate goal is for children to become ready, able, competent, and eager learners.

Testimonials

Terri

My child really enjoys the learning experience.

Thomas Crawford

All of the staff are very warm and friendly and they all know my children's names even though they haven't been in their classes yet! I was very surprised to see such love and dedication from all members of the staff towards the children.

Childcare Network taught my grandson a lot . This center, Brookmeade in Crestview, Florida, has a great curriculum (Pre-K) for getting small children prepared for their first day of school. My grandson,Joseph Holiday, started teaching me things I had forgot and corrected me with pronunciation. I was so proud. He is in Kivdergarten and is doing GREAT. I recommend this program for all Families in need for Childcare. Thankyou ,the staff, for helping me help get him started.. Kudos...
