Vogel Alcove

The mission of the Vogel Alcove is to provide the youngest children of homeless families with the foundation for success. It is our vision that every child in our community has a home a self-sufficient family and a pathway to success in school.

Since 1987 the Vogel Alcove a non-religious non-profit has offered homeless parents a safe place to leave their children while they work to rebuild their lives. The Alcove remains the only early childhood program in Dallas whose primary focus is to serve very young homeless children residing with their families in local homeless and domestic violence shelters.
