Children first- every time. The environment is created to aid the childrens self-development. This includes the training, attitudes, and skills of the adults within the environment. Free the childs potential and you will transform him into the world.
Content employees take good care of children. By providing a positive work environment centered on training, support, and developing retention of excellent staff, we provide an amazing environment for children, in which they can learn, grow, explore, and care.
No one is in this alone. Help me to do it myself. The community must offer support, inclusion, and growth for all its members – children, parents, staff, and other visitors – without preventing their development.
Education is creation of the future. We demonstrate the values of Montessori: peace, compassion, responsibility, inquisitiveness, and justice; work always towards building a better future. We work with other Montessori schools locally to improve childcare standards, with Montessori schools and educators in the US to train more guides, and with Montessori educators around the world to bring education wherever it is needed most.
Montessori works! We promote Montessori as a thriving, viable, option for meeting long-term educational needs of children, but also of adults, including not only alumni, but also employers, coworkers, and community members. Adults who were Montessori children have great skills as employees, leaders, and coworkers. They are independent, creative people who bring vibrancy, flexibility, and innovation to the world!
