Philosophy:
Every child is an individual who has h/her own rate of physical development
and own pace of learning. Each child is accepted and loved nurtured and taught as
an individual with this thought in mind.
At Excellence Academy we strive to instill a great sense of self-worth and
encourage self confidence and provide activities that will nurture the childs self
esteem.
Discipline is always handled with this belief: the child is a good person- it is
h/her behavior that is unacceptable and needs to be changed or guided to a more
acceptable means of expression.
Every child is guided through the day with positive reinforcement in all
activities always encouraged to try or try again.
Parents are welcome to visit their children anytime during the day; we
encourage parent involvement and participation and enjoy getting to know all of the
parents.
