Head Start offers educational programs for children age 3 to 5 and a wide variety of opportunities and support services for their families. Since 1965 weve joined with hundreds of low-income parents from different backgrounds to help children succeed in school and succeed in life. The Community Services Agency of South Texas Inc. (CSA) sponsors eight Head Start centers in a four County Area. Every one of them offers a safe caring environment where both children and parents come to learn and grow and achieve. Some of our centers also offer Early Head Start services for parents that are working or going to school. And every Head Start program is absolutely free to qualifying participants.
