We try to instill self-direction and self-control in each child.

We DO NOT punish any child. Our job is to assist parents with the guidance of their children.
Our job is NOT to punish.

We use positive reinforcement and removal from the area as our means of discipline.

When children are removed from an area they will not be placed in another area alone.

We DO NOT spank embarrass or humiliate any of our children.

Children may lose privileges as a consequence.

We have a rewards system in place for each age group which is appropriate for them.

We use behavior and modification charts when necessary.
