Edison Recreation Pre-School

Children of working parents can be enrolled in our before and after school childcare program, which is the largest in the state. There they will have homework time, be able to socialize, play games and make arts and crafts, all under the supervision of qualified instructors and assistants. Other after school programs include Kids Fun Clubs, which offer many activities; such as, magic, cooking, piano, arts & crafts, tennis and more.

During the summer a seven week playground program is offered at 22 neighborhood parks, with trips, games, crafts, as well as a summer tennis program and basketball camp.

Teen activities are also available after school and in the evenings. Teen members can join the Centers basketball team, relax in the lounge and read magazines or watch TV, play pool or ping pong or they can try their hand at an art class, paint ceramics or do arts & crafts. Trips to Great Adventure, pizza parties and band concerts are also some of the activities offered.
