All our classes are structured around a framework of free play and group time. Our philosophy is to provide a balance of both child directed play and discovery and teacher directed time. The daily schedule helps all children learn to cope with transitions self direct and listen to and follow directions. In all our classes children will learn and refine the social skills needed for being in a group setting – sharing taking turns listening and considering other people’s feelings. The group is like a family. They learn to get along overcome problems help support and respect each other. The teachers create a positive environment by modeling respectful behavior and offering strategies and guidance to overcome problems. Our well equipped spacious classrooms and teacher:child ratio of 1:6 all contribute to the quality preschool experience your child will have at Busy Bees.
