Buttons & Bows Coop Nursery I

Buttons and Bows has been in existence as a not for profit preschool in Elmhurst since 1958. Through the years we have changed locations and teachers, but the underlying philosophy has maintained the same, to provide a caring, interactive environment where a childs self esteem can flourish. We strive to enrich the childs preschool years through a wide range of literary, art, music, and academic media. Our classrooms provide a safe social setting where children are free to explore their relationships with their peers through creative, interactive play. It is a wonderfully lively and happy place for a child to experience their first school memories.

The level of parental involvement at Buttons and Bows is something else we are very proud of. We have many opportunities throughout the year for you to spend time with your child at school. Some of these include, Moms Night, Dads Night, Thanksgiving Feasts, Morning With Santa, our Buttons and Bows Olympics, and much more. We always welcome new volunteers to help out with our many activities or field trips. We are a close knit family at Buttons and Bows!
