Kids at First

Our curriculum includes: teaching the Christian story through Bible stories and music, as well as the celebration of the church seasons, festivals and prayer. As a state licensed preschool, we have developmentally appropriate materials to encourage the five major areas of learning. Our preschool strives to be a safe, nurturing and inviting place where children will learn from a variety of experiences with caring adults who offer love, acceptance and forgiveness. To affirm the diversity of God’s family, our preschool fosters an attitude of respect, care and understand for others, the community and the world. We seek intergenerational participation by encouraging parents, senior citizens and other caring adults to participate in preschool programming. Through our preschool program, we reach out to families in the community that seek a caring and supportive program that teaches love and respect. Children will experience the warmth and inviting spirit of First English Lutheran Church.
