Just Kidding Around will provide nurturing care for children, promote positive self-esteem and provide the opportunity for optimal growth in all areas of development. Respect toward self, others and the environment will be emphasized. We believe in the value of both structured and flexible schedules. Structured activities will include the use of curriculum, regular reading times, arts and crafts, and musical activities. Outdoor play, free play, birthday parties and educational videos are some of the more flexible activities that will be offered. The most important priority is to have FUN!
At Just Kidding Around, we believe:

- Each child learns in their own way and in their own time.
- Experiences at Just Kidding Around should be a happy and memorable time in a child’s life, to play and explore, and have appropriate materials to do so.
- There is always time for a hug, smile, and attentiveness to a child with a special need.
At Just Kidding Around, we set the stage for creative play with our uniquely designed play areas and equipment and nurturing environment in which each child can interact socially with their peers while feeling safe, secure and content. Everything has been viewed through a child’s eye and is decorated to please their senses, motivating children to learn through imaginative play as their interests and abilities grow.
