Early Childhood Alliance operates three accredited children’s centers in Fort Wayne Indiana each providing quality early childhood education.
The educational approach used at Early Childhood Alliance centers is the well-documented and successful HighScope curriculum in which children are actively involved in planning and determining their own learning. Each center staff ensures active learning by:
Providing an environment which promotes decision-making cooperation creativity and problem-solving.
Establishing a daily routine that allows children to plan many of their activities carry them out and reflect on their experiences with supportive adults.
Planning for children’s individual needs and interests by careful observation and documentation of children’s progress.
Working with families to ensure each child’s success.
Classroom doors are always open to parents. We also schedule conferences open houses parent in-service programs and classroom activities to enhance parental involvement. Staff members have education and/or experience in early childhood care and education with regular training sessions provided by Early Childhood Alliance’s professional development staff.
