Wee Care Child Care Center

PRESCHOOL – INFANT/TODDLER – SCHOOL AGE –
Birmingham Public Schools offers quality education and care for infant (beginning at 6 weeks) toddler and preschool age children of school district staff and residents at the Wee Care Center at Groves High School. Children must be enrolled a minimum of 2 full days a week. Parents may choose from a 5 hour day an 8.5 hour day or a 10 hour day. Infant/Toddler room ratio is 4:1 and Preschool room ratio is 8:1. The center is open between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and operates during the BPS school year only. This is a tuition based program giving school district staff priority for registration but the center is able to accommodate community members as well.
