Mission Statement

To better meet the needs of the children of Galveston Island the parents of the children formerly enrolled in the UTMB Child Care Center propose to replace the UTMB Child Care Center with a facility the Childrens Coalition that will operate as a non-profit corporation. The Childrens Coalition is desperately needed if Galveston intends to meet the significant unmet demand for child care services by students residents and employees of UTMB affiliated institutions and the Galveston community at large.
