ELKA Child Educational Center Inc. was established in June of 1968. It was created to provide quality childcare for children 2 through 12 years of age who resided in the Lake County area. ELKA has been licensed by the State of Indiana since 1968 and Accredited through NECPA since 2006.

We offer early childhood programs designed to assist your children as they grow and develop physically socially emotionally and intellectually. Day trips are incorporated into our curriculum to assist your children in relating what they learn to the world around them.
Learning sessions are built around the need to develop their physical sensory social emotional and intellectual well-being. A daily individual journal is kept on each child to track progress.
