The purpose of Grace Beginnings Preschool is to serve Children ages 3-5 in our neighborhood and congregation by providing an educational beginning within a strong Christian environment through a Christian preschool and support for parents through parenting education.

In conjunction with this philosophy our preschool will focus on developmentally appropriate activities for the children. This means we will help the children meet their needs in the following ways:
a) Spiritual: Provide opportunities to grow in knowing Christ as their Savior and friend to see God in the world around them to pray daily and to model Christian behavior.
b) Physical: Provide age appropriate activities to encourage development of gross and fine motor skills
c) Mental: Provide a positive learning environment that will foster enthusiasm for learning more about Gods world encourage the asking of questions and enhance their enjoyment of learning.
d) Emotional: Provide opportunities to develop a sense of confidence and worth by experiencing Christian love and forgiveness receiving encouraging and consistent guidance and achieving individual successes.
e) Social: Provide opportunities to enjoy the companionship of others to learn to be comfortable away from home to learn to share and to develop respect for others rights as well as ones own rights.
