We at Bellevue KinderCare invite you to meet our wonderful staff members who are dedicated to educating children. Our staff is very educated and loves knowing that children are learning daily. The majority of our teachers have a degree in education. KinderCare encourages continuing education of our staff through biannual professional development days and a tuition reimbursement plan so teachers can pursue higher education. We have teachers who have been in the child care field for as many as 30 years—the average tenure for our teachers is 12 years in child care and eight years with KinderCare.
