My child was in VPK class last year. The school is clean, safe, has spacious yard for outdoor play and they have great curriculum for all the age groups. My daughter loves the school and her teachers. Her favorite teacher is Ms. Theresa.

New Mirawood Academy offers much more than and exceeds average daycare.
The center is managed by professionally trained owner/operators with doctoral
degrees in the field of education. NMA utilizes Developmentally Appropriate
Practices (DAP) with a literacy focused Print-Rich learning environment.
With the support of experienced nurturing caring staff children learn through exploration discovery and play with the balance of a daily schedule. Additionally appropriate attention is directed at motor skills development including our infants and toddlers.
The Opening the World of Learning (OWL) curriculum targets Preschoolers and Pr-Kindergarten children allowing them to develop necessary skills in the respective learning domains in preparation for Kindergarten. Children are treated as unique individuals with a focus on their particular learning styles. Other distinguishing characteristics include location curriculum exclusive program offerings and qualified early care and education management with doctoral degrees in education.
