Council Head Start Center

Buchanan County Head Start is a federally funded, non profit organization currently serving 189 children in Buchanan County. The program is governed by the Buchanan Co Board of Supervisors, the programs grantee board, and the Parent Policy Council, consisting of current head start parents and community representatives.
