Heaven’s Little Helpers director/co-owner Julie Everett has worked in child care for twleve years. Five of those years she was a director of a center. She also has her associates degree in Early Childhood. Liz Brown is the other co-owner she has worked in child care for five years and has her bachelors degree in Early Elementary Education.
Lead team members have over 12 semester hours in childhood classes with experince working with children. Lead team members also are CPR and first aid certified.
All team members have background clearances. Also team members have experience working with children.

Heaven’s Little Helpers uses High Scope. High Scope is a hands on curriculum that allows children to make choices with adult support. Using the key components from High Scope team members plan and assess the children. Team members assess the children in their natural learning envirnoment. Each family (0-5 years) will recieve a form stating where their child is using the COR (child observation record) For more information on High Scope check out the website at www.highscope.org.

Religion: Each room will have a Jesus Time. This is a time to pray sing and talk about God. Team members will use active learning to teach the children the basic Bible stories. In the infant room team members teach the children God’s love by showing the babies love on a daily basis. They also will pray with and for the babies.
