Tivy Child Development Center

It is the Program’s intent to meet the needs of children especially when the parents
may be experiencing difficult situations such as a divorce separation or remarriage.
Sharing information about such situations may be helpful to the staff (and your child)
and will remain strictly confidential. The school cannot legally restrict the noncustodial
parent from visiting the child reviewing the child’s records or picking the
child up unless the school has been furnished with legally filed executed and current
documents. Copies of all court documents must be submitted to the ECC Director or
Parent Involvement Coordinator. In case of conflicts the proper authorities will be
contacted.
