Merriewood Children’s Center offers morning nursery school programs for children age 2 through 5 with limited before and after nursery school care. School age programs for children attending Burton Valley School are offered before and after school. Parents may participate in their child’s program for tuition credit if they desire. Included in the yearly tuition is: Parent Education Observing and assessing children’s skills and working with each child’s and their parent’s unique needs.

We believe that human growth is a developmental process involving physical cognitive social and emotional aspects. Cognitive development is eNHAnced when there are many stimulating activities to explore and experiment within both large and small groups. Physical aspects are developed in activities that involve both large and small motor skills.
