Our goals at Joshua are simple. First, every child will experience success at school, acquiring grade level skills in literacy and mathematics by third grade. This is the transition year from learning to read to reading to learn. Second, every child will receive the support needed to meet this expectation through quality classroom instruction, research-based intervention programs and home/school collaboration. Third, Joshua will meet all expected goals established by API and AYP for all subgroups.
