Plato Academy Preschool - Largo

The school year is underway. In the past weeks we have settled schedules distributed textbooks reviewed behavioral expectations and began implementing our curriculum goals. During these weeks we have also established and implemented our own RtI and Gifted program. Our students prepared their materials for class established working relationships with fellow students got to know their teachers and immersed themselves in the behaviors of school including following a schedule taking notes doing homework taking tests reading writing computing and thinking about the work that defines their days. Life in school is a culture of its own that gets initiated late in August and is celebrated each June with graduation and closing of the academic year.
