CCD programs and services provide care and early childhood education programs for infants toddlers and preschool children whose parents work or attend school or vocational training. All child development programs of CCD are monitored by the California Department of Education Child Development Division. The programs of CCD meet all state requirements for staff qualifications staff-to-child ratios group size program components including children’s environment nutrition program evaluation outcomes for children parent involvement and governance.
