Blessed Sacrament Preschool

The Faculty and Administration of Blessed Sacrament Catholic School believe it is vital to develop an atmosphere whereby the children are given the opportunities and experiences that are necessary to prepare them to make effective contributions in spreading the Kingdom of God. This atmosphere is developed in the framework of the Community of Faith whereby the home the school and the Church work together to build and strengthen the Family of God by living out the Gospel values. As the school is in a Jesuit parish we share the belief that these Gospel values are reflected in the Jesuit educational tradition of helping the children to become “men and women for others.”

Recognizing that parents have the primary responsibility to educate their children Blessed Sacrament School provides a formal education which nurtures supports and complements their training.

We believe that the total school program needs to address various dimensions of the child’s development for the growth of the total person. The humanistic dimension sets the framework for addressing the intellectual social physical psychological and esthetical needs of the person. Most importantly we believe that the spiritual dimension is eNHAnced by the daily living out of our beliefs seen in the way we treat others with respect and dignity develop personal responsibility for our actions show concern and love and give service to others.
