Luther Elementary staff believes in creating an atmosphere where the children families community and staff work together to promote a high standard of learning and developing a positive feeling about themselves.

Luther Elementary School provides a comprehensive educational program for approximately 97 students in grades pre-school through five and 10 preschool students. In addition to classroom teachers services are provided through a Special Education teacher a Library a Title I Reading and Math program a Categorical Resource Room Physical Education Vocal Music and Art access to a preschool program and an Destination Imagination program.
Many enrichment programs continue to be offered throughout the school program. Students are able to participate in Accelerated Reader Book Fairs Elementary basketball wrestling Destination Imagination D.A.R.E. Duncan Life Skills Program school assemblies and many other activities.
Incentive programs involve students and allow opportunity for recognition of a job well done. Excellence Awards B.U.G. Board Honor Roll and Star Galaxy provide recognition for outstanding citizenship and academic excellence.
