Marina Child Development Center

We invite you to enroll in our FREE or LOW COST child care for children ages 18 months to 5 years of age.

To qualify for child care:

Parent smust qualify based upon family size and income Parents must be employed be seeking employment or be enrolled in a school or training program leading to employment.

This program is offered by the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District and:

Provides a comprehensive Child Development Program in a safe and nurturing environment for children. Provides help for each child to grow physically socially emotionally and intellectually. Provides 1:4 adult to child ratio in the toddler program and 1:8 in the preschool progam.

Provides a teacher with a Children’s Center Permit Teaching Credential or both for each classroom group of 16 children in the toddler program and 24 children in the preschool program.

There is limited space however a waiting list is maintained.
