At TLT we want to tailor our lessons to the child’s method of learning instead of teaching one way and expecting a child to adapt to our method – which is hard for some children to do and doesn’t create a meaningful experience necessary for the love of learning to develop and provide children maximum retention.
Our curriculum is based on a variety of principles and founded on the idea that a child will jump as high as you set the bar. Our goal is that your child leaves our center with a significant level of improvement from his first day of enrollment.
All of our teachers are required to attend mandatory training hours on both curriculum and child development. This year our staff has attended over 15 classroom hours of curriculum and child development. After each year our curriculum is not only reviewed by a highly qualified consultant but tweaked and reviewed when not entirely changed.
