Stewart Herrington joined MISD as principal of McKinney High School in May 2007. A native North Texan Mr. Herrington graduated from Denton High School and subsequently attended North Texas State University (now UNT). He earned a Bachelor of Science (Physical Education and Mathematics) and a Master of Education (Secondary Education) concurrently in 1986. He completed a Master of Educational Administration at UNT in 1999.
