City of Menlo Park - Belle Haven Child Dev Center

The Belle Haven Child Development Center (BHCDC) is licensed by the Department of Social Services (License # 414001146) to provide quality subsidized, full-time child development services to families in Menlo Park and surrounding cities. The program is funded by the State Department of Education and administered by the City of Menlo Park. The program builds and enhances children’s self esteem by offering developmentally appropriate materials and activities that support social, emotional, physical and cognitive abilities. The program features a highly trained and committed staff and a teacher to child ratio of 1:8. Children are provided breakfast, lunch and snacks daily. The program also features field trips.
