Casa dei Bambini is a Montessori School that was founded in January of 1997 by the late Georgina Lopez Mark. Casa dei Bambini is accredited by the FLORIDA KINDERGARTEN COUNCIL and a full member of THE AMERICAN MONTESSORI SOCIETY.
At Casa dei Bambini we are committed to the care and education of children. We believe that children are the most important part of our society and thus deserve to live in an environment that provides for their positive development. In addition we believe that this positive environment is a major factor in nurturing any child into a healthy successful member of society. Our mission is to develop each child to their highest potential at their own individual pace using the Montessori philosophy as our framework. Throughout this development respect for each child and an opportunity for individual choices will be our guide. Our goal is to provide a quality Montessori program that meets the needs of the child in a fun stimulating and positive education environment.

Our Toddler Program offers children and families a collaborative beginning in the Montessori experience. A low student-teacher ratio in our Toddler classroom helps to bridge the childs transition from home to school. Children are provided with an opportunity to explore new relationships with friends and to interact with adults in a loving and nurturing environment. As part of their early Montessori experience toddlers are introduced to age-appropriate Montessori materials and invited to make choices from a variety of activities that support their developmental interests and needs. The toddlers strong sense of autonomy is encouraged and self-esteem is enhanced through social and learning experiences. Toddlers enjoy music and movement within the classroom curriculum. Snacks and outdoor play are a part of the daily routine. The toddler need not be toilet-trained since this is often a part of toddler development. Addi tionally the school and home partnership is formed assisting the toddlers as they embark on their first school experience.
