DCSC strives to accomplish its mission by employing quality staff and maintaining a high standard in all facilities.
We want to build upon and improve each childs sense of self-esteem, self-confidence and develop a positive attitude toward life.
We will assist children in learning, cognitive, physical motor and social emotional skills appropriate to their developmental age in order to provide a foundation for future educational, and life successes.
We will provide support services to parents as needed to assist them in addressing family needs.
By providing these programs and support to low income working families in Milwaukee County our clients are enable to maintain their jobs and improve the quality of life for themselves and their children.
