Early childhood programs accredited by NAEYC’s National Academy of Early Childhood programs have voluntarily undergone a comprehensive process of internal self-study, invited external professional review to verify compliance with the Criteria for High-Quality Early Childhood Programs, and has been found to be in substantial compliance with the extensive criteria. NAEYC has created The Right Choice for Kids video designed to highlight programming standards and expectations.

The philosophy of the Turnquist Child Enrichment Center is to encourage children to be actively involved in the learning process, to experience a variety of developmentally appropriate activities and materials, and to pursue their own interests in all areas which will help them reach their maximum potential. We will provide a stimulating environment which allows for play in all areas of development: cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language.
