The Day Nurserys curriculum is designed to include each child at his or her own developmental level. Through play and directed learning activities we work to encourage a childs social emotional spiritual and cognitive growth while respecting their own learning style. Woven throughout all that we do is an ethical view of the world common to all religious traditions. Children develop a sense of their own uniqueness a sense of mastery and a love of learning that prepares them for elementary school and beyond. Books are read aloud each day and children develop a love of words and language and an eagerness to begin reading. Outdoor play on the rooftop playground gives children the opportunity to develop motor skills and simply having fun.
