Preschool Experience is a nationally accredited independent preschool started in 1980. Our program is designed for children ages 2 5 years old. We have three separate classrooms: a 2 3 year old class, the Bunnys, a 3 4 year old class, the Cubs, and a 4 5 year old class, the Rainbows. Each class is established separately, however opportunities do exist throughout the year for children of different ages to mix and interact together, particularly during the Extended Day program.

Our program is child-directed, based on each child’s developmental needs. We place primary emphasis on the development of socialization skills, the fostering of each child’s self-esteem, and the development of readiness skills. Our focus is on helping children gain the skills that will help them take their first independent steps and develop a joy of learning that enables them to interact with the world around them in meaningful and positive ways. We provide a nurturing, safe and friendly environment that encourages children to learn, share, and grow.
