Congratulations for choosing Short Stuff & Co. as your child’s learning center! It is our belief that early childhood should be a time of fun warmth security exploration and discovery. Creating just the balance between encouraging academic success and fostering an environment where kids can be kids is the key to maintaining the validity of our program.
Planned within the framework of philosophy and purpose our nondenominational center has progressive curriculums at every level. Little learners are exposed to an assortment of skills which lay strong foundations for language development social and emotional development and large and small muscle development. We feel a healthy combination of love nurturing learning and fun works best! Licensed by the Department of Education and the Department of Public Welfare our curriculums support the Pennsylvania Learning Standards for Early Childhood.
At Short Stuff your child will be involved in creative arts and science! Allowing children to experiment with color and texture helps them to develop a sense of self and reinforces the importance of imagination and creativity. Science activities that explore the way things work helps the children make sense of the world around them and develops their grasp of common knowledge and problem solving skills.
